跟对人，做对事
今天技术部老大见面会，中间他提到三个小故事：
一是Lucy说过：如果现在只看到我们的工资比别人多1K，2K，那么将来我们可能比别人少赚几百万
二是阿里巴巴创业初期，人员非常容易被挖走，一直呆在阿里的人有两种，一种是安于现状的懒人，另一种是十分认同阿里巴巴价值观，认同马云的人，这些人现在都在阿里巴巴获得了成功。而当时被挖走的那些人，现在大都还在不断的跳槽、被挖。
三是他当年在Netscape的时候，Google就在隔壁，当时的Google也就30个人左右。他的一个刚毕业的同学收到了十几个offer，有ibm,sun,oracle等等，当时最不出名的就是Google，但是Google保证给办绿卡，这个同学就挑了这家最没名气的公司，也没做什么事情，一直呆到现在。不用说这同学已经是非常有钱的人了，现在已经不屑于和我们技术部老大说话了…
一时拿的工资多少并不重要，重要的是跟对了人，做对了事，并且一直做下去，必然是有回报的。一个公司能否做好，能否一直做的好，最关键的是最上面那个人，就像Apple的jobs，Google的佩奇和布林以及阿里巴巴的马云。

I tend not to comment, however after looking at through a few of the remarks on 頝笆鈭綽??笆鈭?| beralee???? I do have a few questions for you if you don’t mind. Could it be just me or does it give the impression like a few of the responses come across like they are written by brain dead visitors?
And, if you are writing at other online sites, I would like to follow anything new you have to post. Could you make a list of the complete urls of your social pages like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?
