跟对人,做对事

今天技术部老大见面会,中间他提到三个小故事:
一是Lucy说过:如果现在只看到我们的工资比别人多1K,2K,那么将来我们可能比别人少赚几百万
二是阿里巴巴创业初期,人员非常容易被挖走,一直呆在阿里的人有两种,一种是安于现状的懒人,另一种是十分认同阿里巴巴价值观,认同马云的人,这些人现在都在阿里巴巴获得了成功。而当时被挖走的那些人,现在大都还在不断的跳槽、被挖。
三是他当年在Netscape的时候,Google就在隔壁,当时的Google也就30个人左右。他的一个刚毕业的同学收到了十几个offer,有ibm,sun,oracle等等,当时最不出名的就是Google,但是Google保证给办绿卡,这个同学就挑了这家最没名气的公司,也没做什么事情,一直呆到现在。不用说这同学已经是非常有钱的人了,现在已经不屑于和我们技术部老大说话了…

一时拿的工资多少并不重要,重要的是跟对了人,做对了事,并且一直做下去,必然是有回报的。一个公司能否做好,能否一直做的好,最关键的是最上面那个人,就像Apple的jobs,Google的佩奇和布林以及阿里巴巴的马云。

  1. I tend not to comment, however after looking at through a few of the remarks on 頝笆鈭綽??笆鈭?| beralee???? I do have a few questions for you if you don’t mind. Could it be just me or does it give the impression like a few of the responses come across like they are written by brain dead visitors? :-P And, if you are writing at other online sites, I would like to follow anything new you have to post. Could you make a list of the complete urls of your social pages like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?
